WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY

• 1 to 4 people $700.00 per week

• Oct $750.00 weekly

• Holidays $750 weekly

• Small Pets are considered. Pet Fee $50.00 each, plus pet deposit. $200.00

• $200 Refundable Security Deposit to book. Plus $85.00 cleaning fee+ tax, and 11% state tax

• Full payment 30 days prior to rental date. Check or Money Order.
