Free WiFi. This is a beautiful, spacious cabin with upscale furnishings throughout in a fantastic location. The cabin looks down on the town of Murphy, is less than 21/2 miles from downtown Murphy & sits at the end of a very private road. This home has three levels, two gas fireplaces, two flat screen TV's, High Speed Internet, a ping pong/pool table, garage, large living room, two sitting areas, a game table and a beautiful kitchen. There are wood floors and loads of beautiful windows and glass doors that allow for a view of the mountains from nearly every room in the house. Three bedrooms/ two full baths. Both decks are covered and have an incredible view! We even have a hanging chair and very comfortable hammock. The feeling in this home is one of true mountain charm. We get rave reviews on how homey and beautiful the Sunset Haven. The pictures will tell you more about the home than words ever could!

Winter Rates      $600wk   $125 a night   $2000 for the month (Dec, Jan, Feb)

Spring Rates       $695wk     $135 a night   $2400 for the month (March, April, May)

Summer Rates   $725wk    $145 a night  $2500 for the month (June, July, Aug, Sept)

Fall & holiday Rates $795  $160 a night $2700 for the month (Oct, Nov, Holiday Wks)

Cleaning for two persons is $76 (one bedroom used)

Cleaning for four persons is $85 (two bedrooms used)

Cleaning for six persons is &96

There is a $150 damage deposit for the cabin. The deposit will be refunded in a timely manner ahortly after the cleaners have gone in and given the ok.

There is a $25 discount for repeat renters

$25 per person over 4

There is a $25 discount for week two and a $50 discount for week three. Monthly prices are above.
